Takamine at Cedar Park Music: Date Your Takamine

This feature of the site uses Javascript1.1 to provide a means of dating your Takamine from the serial number stamped inside your guitar. Just enter the serial number located inside the body of your guitar in the box provided and press 'Enter'. The serial number should be an 8 digit number containing no letters (e.g., 97030499).

The date and production number will be displayed in the fields below. Please note that this function will only calculate Japanese made Takamines; we are researching US made Takamine serial numbers at the moment.
